delicious roast pork and delicious beer

First off, the food was not particularly good, but it was good. Big drawback: the service. A friend and I enter the room at lunchtime. Food was ordered and the tone was already very harsh. When placing the order and asking about card payment, we were asked that our food + drinks would be worth around € 35 too little to pay by card. We were outraged that it had to be at least 50 €. I want to add that this is the current Corona time, when you should do without cash as much as possible anyway. We said it was a shame and then we would go again because we have no cash. Suddenly we were valuable guests and should stay. Conclusion: dubious and emotional our card payments are not allowed, we live in the 21st century, so that a card payment in the restaurant should not be equipped with a minimum amount, I think you, as the operator, should work out for yourself the financial gap caused by card payments in your company to see the "ridiculous" seriousness of the situation .....

Friendly and competent service. Good food and little waiting time. In summer there is a large beer garden with and without service. I'm already looking forward to summer 2021

Was there with a regular's table. Friendly, nimble and attentive service staff. Quality and tasty as well as very good value for money dishes. We are always happy to come back.

Very nice beer garden. The food is good home cooking. From herring in cream sauce and boiled potatoes to roast pork with dumplings. Sufficient, nice and agile staff. Nice balanced ambience.

Visited a wedding today. And I have to say, everything worked out great. The food was very good and the waiter in charge (whom I knew from previous visits) did a really good service. He was very courteous and was open to extra orders even in times of stress. Great !!!

For the first time in a long time I enjoyed a currywurst with excellent curry sauce, unfortunately still under corona conditions

The Klosterstüble was on our today's bike tour. Were in the beer garden, everything was correct according to the corona rules. Drinks were self-service. Nice service and advice. Food (venison goulash with spaetzle and cranberries) came quickly and was very good. At the end there was a good spirit of perennials. Gladly again.

We usually like to go here for dinner. The menu offers variety. Today, 09.08, the service was unfortunately miserable. The lady was so rude that it spoiled the food. She seemed a lot friendlier to other guests. The deer was sometimes quite dry, I would not order it again. Portions are absolutely plentiful. Cake was okay, but the coffee was good. Probably would ask for a different table next time. Usually they were always served by the younger women or men, who were all more competent.

Highly recommended. Price performance are top, condition very friendly.

In itself a nice place. We had reserved inside when we arrived but nothing was free. We sat in the garden. The order went quickly. However, the waiter was too pushy. The food came within 5 minutes. Almost too quickly. You had the feeling of ordering, drinking, eating, paying, walking. The knuckle was crispy, but not seasoned enough. The coleslaw was neutral. But what is annoying is the pushy waiter. And why don't you get a 0.5 liter non-alcoholic cyclist. Why do you have to order a measure to get a non-alcoholic cyclist?

It is simply wonderful to be in the beautiful beer garden again and again. You can sit comfortably in a rural idyll with good food.

My wife was there yesterday with mother, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. The food was totally over-salted and actually not edible. The waitress only said that the cook might be in love. We used to go there often, the food was very good. But now it's done.

Service super nice, great food, delicious beer, very nice quiet place, we will come back from something like that.

i have been there with 25 others and everybody was super satisfied. the chief and service personal was super polite and welcoming, we could have nourished at least 30 people without the need of additional servings. and i do not understand how a three star rating relates to a extremely satisfied note - especially if a local guide posted it. (one of the other reviews)
